Clinical Project Manager Job

CLINICAL PROJECT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in THOUSAND OAKS, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Serve as primary point-of-contact to coordinate, lead, and provide direct oversight for electronic Clinical Outcome assessment (eCOA)/electronic Patient Reported Outcome (ePRO) services to clinical study teams.
- The eCOA Technical Service role will ensure the proper, timely, and successful setup and implementation of eCOA services during study startup, study maintenance, and study closeout for individual study teams.
- The eCOA Technical Specialist will ensure the most effective use, implementation, and observance of systems and data standardization within eCOA and partner effectively with eCOA vendors to develop technical solutions to support trial design.

- This position is expected to partner effectively with other study team members to seamlessly ensure high quality deliverables serving as a project management function to the systems and technology setup and operations supporting study management activities as it relates to eCOA activities.
- The individual will oversee design, build and release timelines of eCOA services providing clear lines of communication to the study team, including raising any risks early and working collaboratively with both the vendor and study team to mitigate delays.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Doctorate Degree OR Master's Degree & two (2) years of Clinical experience OR Bachelor's Degree & three (3) years of Clinical experience
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent project management and broad technical understanding, attention to detail, and excellent communication and documentation skills
- Hands-on experience with eCOA/ePRO technology solutions from one or more leading vendors
- Excellent time management and organization skills required
- Two (2+) or more years of experience in a client facing technical role within clinical data management, clinical development, or IS/IT
- Successful delivery and track record performing customer facing activities and representing and ensuring enterprise class technical service delivery
- Previous experience working in a global environment
- Knowledgeable in Good Clinical Practices, and Global Regulatory regulations as necessary
