CLINICAL PROJECT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Neenah, WI.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Leads, designs, plans, and monitors all clinical trial phases to ensure that studies are conducted according to the study protocol, SOPs, applicable regulations, and principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Coordinate the planning, development, and execution of clinical trials of medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or biologic technologies
- Coordinate the development of clinical study protocols, case report forms, source document templates, and other required documents and tools needed to effectively execute clinical trials
- Effectively lead study teams to ensure that clinical trials meet business objectives and comply with all regulations, procedures, and Good Clinical Practices
- Monitor clinical trials for adverse events, safety issues, and quality concerns and ensure that study data are complete, accurate, and verifiable
- Represent Global Clinical Affairs as a subject matter expert on multi-disciplinary project teams
- Establish, track, and communicate project goals, ongoing trial progress, and emerging project risks
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of external vendors and consultants
- Develop and manage clinical study budgets and timelines

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in a life science field or other relevant discipline if paired with commensurate clinical trial experience
- A minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of prior experience managing industry sponsored clinical trials
- Strong business communication skills (written; verbal; presentation)
- Prior experience working in a global or similarly structured organization
- Prior experience guiding and mentoring peers and/or junior level colleagues

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prior experience with medical device trials is preferred
