Clinical Project Manager

Responsibilities

* Key contact for clients, primary liaison role between Clients, CRO, Referral Laboratories and company.
* Takes the lead over the protocol review and study feasibility. Act as a consultant in providing recommendations and advice to all applicable parties
* Acts as an ambassador on behalf of the client within the company and across company business units; exemplifies the concept of Signature Client Service through outstanding, personalized customer service skills
* Ability to create and motivate a team around project deliverables
* Provides day-to-day project management oversight; effectively managing, planning and coordinating all project related activities, including budgets
* Ensures that all customer expectations are documented and acted upon in compliance with regulatory requirements
* Demonstrates through appropriate self organization the ability to manage conflicting priorities and to make difficult decisions
* Able to act efficiently in an environment with strict timelines and priorities
* Accountable for the implementation, monitoring and reporting of performance metrics
* Actively participates in company development through continuous process improvement, quality and productivity
* Work with appropriate internal and external personnel to understand the culture and pipeline of assigned clients
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills that will build strong internal and external relationships to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget

Job Requirements/Education

* Minimum BS/BA four (4) year degree (preferably in science)
* Demonstrated strong customer service skills
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Strong planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
* Demonstrated a high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively

Experience

* 3 years of previous experience in managing projects OR approximately 1 year of pharmaceutical industry experience
* Project management experience in clinical trials would be a strong asset
* Pharmaceutical Experience preferred
