Clinical Program Manager Job

CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in South San Francisco, CA.

- Serve as the Clinical Ops Business Steward who is accountable for providing standardized, high quality and accurate information for our Early Phase Clinical Trial Teams for rapid decision-making.
- The role will require cross-functional interactions with Data Quality Management, Program Managers, Clinical Study Teams and Information Technology teams to drive the data-driven project needs and information for operational excellence in Clinical Trial strategy and execution.
- The hallmarks of a great candidate is one who is eager to solve complex problems with data, is skilled in managing data for translational use and has a passion to learn new skill sets to deliver on organizational-wide data needs.
- Contribute to the Information Management strategy by working closely with partners, Product Development and other global cross-functional organizations so that core business capabilities are realized
- Lead the acquisition of new data assets or sets for organizational use including
- Gather requirements for new data sources
- Profile the data against the requirements as well as existing data sources to identify data quality gaps
- Identify business rules/transformations that can be applied to correct data quality issues and ensure consistency of integrated data sources
- Responsible for the management of data quality metrics and measures including
- Develop, track and publish metrics to include ensuring baselines are capture for ongoing quality monitoring
- Help develop and track metrics for standards created and added to Standards Repository
- Assist in the development and implementation and tracking the use of standardized terms
- Field and record level data quality measures (consistency, accuracy, etc.)
- Maintain a close relationship with all Data Stewards/SME across the enterprise for assistance on quality actions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or information management related-field; Higher education in these disciplines is a plus
- Three to ten (3-10) years of life sciences industry experience desired
- Experience in project management roles, particularly in clinical data management, operations or project leadership role
- Experience working in a Clinical Development environment with knowledge in the Clinical Development/Trial life cycle
