CLINICAL PHARMACIST needed for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in SANTA CLARA, CA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- PharmD
- Experience with Medicare Part D and Medi-Cal

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support the Director of Pharmacy in clinical activities and projects required to meet regulatory and compliance obligation
- Delegation oversight of the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Program through analysis of monthly reporting and review of monthly sampling of MTM letters to ensure compliance with CMS regulations
- Coverage Determination for Benefits through analysis of monthly reporting
- Pharmacy network administration reports review to ensure pharmacy network adequacy to meet Medicare standards
- Formulary administration monitoring
- Daily claims review to ensure claims are paying or rejecting appropriately at point of sale

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Current California Board of Pharmacy (RPh) license
- BA/BS from an accredited four year institution; PharmD preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in Managed Care
- Strong working knowledge of pharmacy terminology
- Strong working knowledge of Medicare Part D and Medi-Cal
