Clinical Operations Manager

A Leading CRO are seeking to appoint an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to work in a team on clinical research projects within the multi-center clinical trials of novel pharmaceuticals.

Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

+ Line management of SCRAs, CRAs, and Project Assistants

+ Assigning resources to projects; workload monitoring

+ Organization and conduct of general and project-related training

+ Implementation of quality control and quality systems within the department

+ Follow-up and resolution of audit/inspection findings requiring corrective actions

Skills/Experience:

+ Science/Life Science Degree

+ Minimum 3 years industry experience in Clinical Research

+ Previous experience as a CRA / Senior CRA

+ Experience in people management is desirable

+ Proficient user of standard MS Office applications

+ Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
