Clinical Operations Coordinator, Contract, Switzerland

For our large multinational Swiss Pharmaceutical client, we are currently searching for a Clinical Operations Project Coordinator to work in Basel, Switzerland to support the Clinical Operations & Planning Manager as well as to the RE COM. Maintaining relevant systems and databases, generating ranalysis and reports is the main purpose of this position..

Education/Experience (minimum/desirable):

- Education/degree in life sciences/healthcare/business administration
- At least 5 year experience in either a clinical research role or background in Finance/Strategic Planning.
- Knowledge of ClinAdmin, SUCCEED, ACT, CREDI
- Well experienced User of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word). Advanced Skills in Excel for Reporting and Analysis (Pivot)
- Well-organized and result driven,
- Analytical, process-oriented and data driven mind-set
- Ability to quickly grasp new topics
- Ability to work independently without much direction.
- Result driven and willing to persevere.
- Cultural awareness

Languages. English: fluent spoken & written
