Clinical IVRS Coordinator Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for CLINICAL IVRS COORDINATOR to join our client in Zebulon, NC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Process generation of Shipping Orders on a daily basis, in line with agreed timelines
- Proactively communicates protocol specific changes and issues to the other members of the IVRS team and Supply Team and/or Clinical personnel where appropriate.
- Provides IVRS System support and maintenance, including fault resolution and escalation, routine archiving where appropriate
- Provides Helpdesk support, as required, including out of hours on call support to manage end user problem
- Update and/or create as necessary the relevant SOP's and guidance notes when requested.
- Provide feedback to IVRS and Clinical Supplies management, including the provision of study related data and metrics, as required.
- Influence and coordinate the teams re-supply strategy, developing new strategies, implementing strategies, and ensuring competency levels within IVRS group.
- Monitors on an ongoing basis that resupply techniques have been implemented appropriately.
- Reviews system set ups and changes to ensure they accurately reflect the IVRS system specifications and the required system configuration.
- Can perform final check on IVRS worksheets to verify correct setup of the system and its proper function.
- Ensures that IVRS System can be released into production
- Manages signature documentation of IVRS study set-up and system changes associated with IVRS specifications.
- Answers day to day questions and troubleshooting regarding any functionality of RAMOS.
- Liaise with IT for operational system issues
- Monitors stock outs and determines reactive and proactive means of minimizing these.
- Initiate communication with Clinical Supplies staff and clinical groups with respect to specific studies or programs.
- Proactively advise on the study design to ensure the IVRS and shipping systems are used to optimum efficiency.
- Ensure completed IVRS specifications are delivered in a timely manner.
- Support individual studies with delivery of training and support to study monitors and investigators on the use of RAMOS at study specific training meetings.
- Create and provide study specific training tools and documentation for study start.
- Responsible for the delivery of accurate and consistent IVRS specifications in line with department guidance
- Set-up IVRS protocols accurately and generate containers numbers. in line with the written RAMOS specification.
- Monitor IVRS protocols effectively on a regular basis to ensure adequate supplies available at sites to meet patient requirements.
- Responsible for quality of supply management through attention to detail and following procedures consistently.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- MUST HAVE THREE (3) OR MORE YEARS OF IVRS EXPERIENCE
- Understanding of IVRS and supply requirements for domestic studies.
- Must be able to work independently with supervisory oversight.
- Must be able to prioritize and work in a flexible manner.
- Should be detail-oriented and possess the ability to handle multiple projects
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Ability to serve on interdepartmental teams
