CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT SCIENTIST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in King of Prussia, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- The successful candidate will design and oversee delivery of studies in support of sponsored programs/projects in the Immuno-Inflammation therapy area. The jobholder will conduct studies in accordance with current client policies and procedures.
- They will lead a cross functional, global team as the OSL charged with the delivery of one or more studies, working in partnership with the CIL, PPL, DQL, Statistics, Regulatory and the Empowered Study Team (EST).
- With minimal oversight, contributes to the end to end delivery of clinical development activities which ensure consistency with the clinical development strategy for regulatory approvals, reimbursable medicines, and successful life cycle management for Immuno-Inflammation assets. Applicants must demonstrate ability to incorporate global considerations into strategic and operational decisions.
- Candidate will be accountable to ensure and enhance the company's reputation in all clinical activities and in written and oral communications. The position effectively interfaces with and influences across a diverse and scientifically advanced population including external experts, regulators, payors, consultants, investigators and commercial staff in order to deliver clinical programs and align to business strategy.
- Must be able to collaborate with internal and external partners, including CROs and a variety of vendors.
- They will also be accountable for implementing new business processes and strategies and may also proactively identify issues, and propose strategies to manage implications and risks on clinical study/studies timelines, budgets and goals.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in science or health-related field.
- Strong clinical research experience including cross functional leadership role in Phase 2 to 4 clinical development.
- Knowledge and work experience in Immuno-Inflammation therapy area.
- Experience of managing non-pivotal studies (PhIIIB/IV, Epidemiology, Pregnancy Registries) and working to support the commercial business/Market access requirements
- Experience of cross-cultural working/above-country roles
- Proactive, team player and able to drive own work to meet expected milestones and deliverables
- Understands the study, project, and program level and can function successfully across a variety of projects.
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of worldwide regulatory and safety requirements as pertains to drug development, research projects, and/or market support.
- Understands the impact of decisions and maintains awareness of business drivers and alternative solutions for project delivery.
