CLINICAL DATA STANDARDS PROJECT MANAGER/BEERSE, BELGIUM/7 MONTHS CONTRACT/45 TO 58 EUR (PER HOUR)
KEY ACTIVITIES
Maintain Janssen Library Master Project Plan for the Global Library and all Indication libraries
Coordinate and lead weekly Content Librarian Information Exchange Meetings
Liaise and communicate information between TA librarian groups. Act as a communication link between the TA library groups. Co-ordinate and lead weekly timeline meetings with each TA,
Escalate issues and develop solutions (Timelines, quality, resource, process)
Facilitate meetings within the TA if required during library development process
Facilitate training within the content librarian group and also - Creation and maintenance of Library reference documentation (strategy, guidelines, decisions)
Maintain knowledge of industry standards and trends Profile
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Msc/BS Medical or paramedic or equivalent by work experience.
- Prior project management experience -
- Previous experience as a Data Librarian with knowledge of library theory -
- Experience within Pharmaceutical/CRO -
- Knowledge of CDASH and SDTM submission principles -
- Excellent written and oral communication -
- Presentation skills, ability to communicate in a cross functional team -
- Ability to build, lead and provide direction to a team Work location Activities will take place at one or various J -
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter; -
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills; -
- Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.
- Language proficiencies: -English and Dutch spoken and written;
