My client is a pharmaceutical company looking for a bilingual Clincial Data Manager who speaks Dutch and English fluently. This position is for 8 months in Leiden, and will be on an interim basis.

The ideal candidate

. Degree level education in a relevant discipline or considerable knowledge working in clinical data management.
. Prior experience working with data sets in clinical research
. Solution oriented, good problem solving skills.
. Excellent communication skills in English AND Dutch, both verbal and written.
. Project management experience and ability to work in complex environment

The Role

. Set timelines and follow-up regularly to ensure delivery of all Data Management milestones
. Gather content and integration requirements for eCRF and other data collection tools
. Perform trial level oversight controls as described in the oversight plan, QC process and work instructions with minimal Data Delivery Lead direction.
. Plan and track content, format, quality and timing of data management deliverables
. Establish expectations for dataset content and structure, and establish conventions and quality expectations for clinical data
. Assure high quality for the following; Data Collection. Data Delivery, Data Cleaning and Data Presentation
. Identify and communicate lessons learned, best practices and frequently asked questions at the trial level
