Clinical Data Management Systems Manager II

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a CLINICAL DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS MANAGER II to join our client in Thousand Oaks, CA.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The position will partner with cross-functional team members including IS to review solutions, perform problem-solving, and aid in technical developments. In addition the position will focus on timely delivery of receiving data into clinical trial databases and to create monitoring reports, which will lead to transparency of that data flow.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as technical lead to design,
- Create, and facilitate implementation of reporting solutions and new tool developments to support Clinical Data Management.
- Creating technical blueprints, technical documentation,
- Analytical technical problem solving,
- Creating reports,
- Hosting technical design discussions,
- Project managing technical system deliverables.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Preferred skill sets include: strong understanding of reporting platforms (eg Cognos), Clinical trial database design, clinical trial systems and integrations to other systems, authoring technical documentation, and setting up server scheduled jobs.
- Technical recommended skills in the following applications:
- Medidata Rave Backend table structures, Oracle, JIRA, and Java (web based).
