Clinical Data Lead

Our client, a leading CRO based in Dublin is seeking the skill of a lead clinical data manager to take charge of a small team of clinical data managers and provide leadership and vision vision to the team in the areas of project planning, execution, and close-out;

Your primary objectives in this contract will be:

Independently bring solutions to the CDM team/CDM department
Participate in the development and implementation of new technology or tool
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Serve as primary point of contact for customer on data management objectives
Provide justification for and perform direct negotiations with customer, eg, timelines, financial, process, resources
Maintain strong customer relationships
Work with operational managers to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to meet project objectives
Meet with Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) and Data Operations team members on a regular basis to ensure milestones meet timelines and quality deliverables
Ensure service and quality meet agreed upon timelines and deliverables in contract/Scope of Work (SOW)

Previous experience working through the full data management life cycle with multiple projects, demonstrating expert data management skills and thorough knowledge of data management process is highly advantageous.
