Clinical Contract Manager Job

CLINICAL CONTRACT MANAGER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Princeton, NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- To develop and negotiate Master Clinical Trial Agreements and Health Economic Agreements with key institutions and customer groups in order to facilitate Phase IV clinical trials and research in support of the product portfolio.
- Manager to interact with Legal counsel, Finance, Patents and Therapeutic Areas to ensure consistency with policy and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains communication with key contacts and active follow-through in soliciting comments from key academic medical, hospital and other institutions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Degree in business, scientific or healthcare discipline.
- Strong negotiation skills, knowledge of drug development process and the pharmaceutical industry, high degree of organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Three (3) years experience in clinical and/or contract management setting and ability to work on complex, multi-faceted projects and network with key internal groups such as US Medical Affairs, Scientific Ops and Marketing.
- Experience with contract documents.
- Good understanding of contract structure (eg, Agreements, Amendments, Addendums).
- Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions.
- Ability to interpret contract language.
- Ability to analyze and compare contract language.
- Ability to work within Word and Excel programs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and will take ownership of work.
- Problem solving skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- Pharmaceutical experience a plus.
