Clinical Coding Trainers Wanted - 12 Month Contract +

My Client based in the North West is currently on the look for an experienced trainer to join an exciting 12 Month Contract.

Duties will include

- Developing a roll out programme for the EPS Engage Application.
- Developing and implementing a rolling programme of reviewing and learning implementation with clinical teams.
- Ensuring that learning is transferred from clinical teams to the clinical coding training plan.
- Producing monthly reports to the PET programme, executive Team and Board detailing progress and impact of EPS.
- Attending the PET programme meetings as required to discuss progress, risks and concerns.

Ideal candidates must have the following

- Accredited Senior Clinical Coder
- Experience of coding across a wide range of specialty areas
- Experience of auditing clinical coding (does not have to be a registered auditor)
- Proven record of clinical engagement
- Proven record of implementing and delivering change across an organisation
- Report writing, data analysis and collation experience to Board level
- Ability to present complex data in an easily understood way

Rates will be competitive with high prospects of the role extending over the given time.
