SKILLS REQUIRED:
The ideal person would have:
- Previous NHS experience, in a similar setting.
- Experience in coordinating/managing a small team (team of 4)
- Dictate IT and/or Audio typing experience
- Coordinating Clinics.
The successful person would need to complete appraisals band 3 and 4 appraisals, regular 1-1's, team meetings and recording of attendances.
