Clinical Adviser / Superviser

I am currently recruiting for Clinical Advisors / Supervisor

These are 6 month booking with hours to suit

Must have experience in dealing with NHS 111 and be pathways trained.

Statement of Job Purpose

Provide a thorough telephone based assessment for patients calling 111 and managed through the NHS Pathways call triage system with unscheduled care and emergency care needs.

To provide clinical supervision and mentoring for the NHS Pathways call triage operators and Clinical Advisors.

To provide clinical oversight and advice including, clinical leadership, information and guidance.

To provide leadership and decisions relating to capacity and operational process in the contact centre.

To work as part of the multi-disciplinary team in providing quality, evidence-based health care to meet the immediate needs of the patient.

Show holistic, evidence and guidelines based approach to meeting the needs of patients presenting to the NHS 111 Service. Refer patients to an alternative care setting and/or provide home management advice as appropriate.
