Our client is currently looking for a Client Support Release Manager for an initial 6 month contract based in the city.
We are looking for a Release/Service Manager from a Banking background with experience working for a service provider, managing change across the client and 3rd party, spanning multiple areas.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Banking track record.
- Idealy 5 years in Release Management.
- Project and Change Management, including delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, must have excellent soft skills dealing with both internal and external/3rd party stakeholders.
- Understadning of Change and the ability to document process to deliver change and manage escalations from the client, following actions to ensure releases are implemented on time and to schedule.
