The Role

The Client Success Manager role forms a part of a wider operations team providing on-site recruitment services and account management to a key client in the Netherlands. The objective is to engage stakeholders, develop relationships and deliver high-quality on-site recruitment. This is a commercially driven position.

You will be based onsite with the Client, so must be client facing, and used to dealing with various levels of stakeholders, from exec down. An implicit understanding of Contract recruitment is essential - The role will purely focus on the hiring of contingent workers, often in a high volume per month capacity

The Person

Ideal candidates will come from an IT recruitment background having worked either agency, MSP/RPO or internal recruitment functions. You will need excellent communications skills with the ability to manage stakeholders or varying personas with the key objective of making their life easier through the delivery of high-calibre contingent resources. You will need to be highly organised and able to deal with competing priorities. The successful candidate will have a strong network and understanding within the Dutch contract IT recruitment market.

Skills & Experience required

IT recruitment (agency and/or internal) - experience of talent attraction and candidate management processes

Use of multiple route to market (jobboards, aggregators, direct)

analysis and delivering different approaches depending on the requirement

building consensus across different levels of management

Spotting opportunities to develop key relationships

Communication

It is essential that applicants are fluent in both English and Dutch
