Client Side Services Integration Developer

Now even favorite kid's TV shows enable families and children to share in the experience through visual and physical interactions. Our client is continuing on this path of innovation and developing new concepts and foundational technology that will make TV truly interactive and come to life across many genres.

We're looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer (SDE) for a hands-on role, focused on developing technology that expands the interactive TV space on bestselling games consoles. This position is a rare opportunity to develop the core technology used to create a brand new form of interactive entertainment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop efficient and easy-to-use application to support a diverse range of interactive video experiences
- Collaborate with other developers to implement and document component interfaces
- Work with producers and technical leads to understand and develop solutions
- Consult on a regular basis with team leads to align expectations and deliverables
- Integrate core player technology with content distribution, usage analysis, and production

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong C++/C# candidate (3+ years) with experience shipping high-performance multimedia applications/games, working with large code bases to be maintained over many years
- Proficient service integration on the client side, including experience developing systems for telemetry, aggregation, and Business Intelligence
- Strong problem solving, debugging, and optimization skills
- Self-driven, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for interactive entertainment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience working with web services, Windows Store Apps, Windows Live, Azure, IIS, SQL, HTTP, and CDNs
- Experience with Test Driven Development and Agile approaches
- Experience with social media integration
