Client Services Team Member - Flex Benefits

12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

We are seeking a Client Services Team Member to join our team based in London on a one year fixed term contract. You will work at our client site to provide cONSULTANCY SUPPORT AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION for FLEXIBLE BENEFITS, GPP, GROUP RISK AND PMI BENEFITS SCHEMES.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- These will include producing monthly benefit reports, data reconciliation, renewal accounts/market reviews, resolving general member/client queries and using our On-Line Flexible Benefits portal.
- First point of contact for all client administration enquiries; responding accurately and promptly to members' and employers' queries to the established quality standards;
- Meets with employers and members, undertaking presentations and client meetings where required;

Essential

- Experience of GPP and/or Healthcareand Risk benefits
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with our clients

Desirable

- Knowledge of flexible benefits administration would be advantageous
- Relevant qualifications in Financial Planning, Certificate in Insurance/CIPD Employee Reward etc
