Allegis Group Services are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M&IB (Markets and International Banking).

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We have an outstanding contract opportunity for a Client Services Representative to make their mark with one of the world's largest international banking and financial services companies. In the role of Client Services Representative, you will play an integral role in helping our client deliver market leading services that set it apart from its competitors.

ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS:

- Dealing with Client Trade & settlement queries on daily basis
- MIS and KPI reviews, providing in depth analysis to the business & client base
- Pro-actively looking at other possible business opportunities for existing clients
- Provide timely Expiry/Delivery notices to all clients
- Dealing with collateral bookings & releases, Pledged & Lodged.
- Escalation to senior management where necessary

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Derivatives product knowledge
- Experience in a client facing role
- Financial services experience
- Strong communication skills
