CLIENT SERVICES OPERATIONS ANALYST

We are seeking a number of Client Services Operations Analysts to join a global bank in Bournemouth on an initial 5 months contract. Ideally you will have previous experience working in Custody, Fund Accounting or Trustee and Fudiciary business areas.

POSITIONS SUMMARY

The positions will be within the Trustee and Fudiciary Operations Oversight or Change Management Teams.

The Trustee and Fudiciary Operations Oversight Team is split into three Groups: Daily Desktop Monitoring, Monthly Oversight or Operations Service Delivery Team ( Client facing ).

The Key Skills and Qualifications for any of these 4 roles, is the same, and is below;

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

- Working background in any of the following business areas; Custody, Fund Accounting or Trustee & Fiduciary, would be an advantage.
- You will ideally (but not necessarily) have experience of working within a Regulated environment and will have acquired a working knowledge of relevant Regulations as they apply to UCITS/AIFMD Funds.
- Self starter and motivated to own and complete assigned tasks.
- Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should be a team player.
- Good written & oral communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through, but confident to escalate issues as appropriate.
- Strong PC and analytical skills.
- You will need to be highly organised, prioritising work flow to execute and deliver to agreed, regularly tight, deadlines.
- You will need to be flexible and able to deal with the ongoing changing needs of the Business in a positive way.
- Team player - must be able to demonstrate pro-active support for colleagues to ensure that own team deliveries are met.
- Preferably a Graduate with good academic record.
- Qualification demonstrating strong understand of financial instruments would be an advantage (IOC, CFA, CISI or similar).
