My client is looking for a highly energetic Client Services Manager to monitor and ensure service delivery is achieved at the assigned managed sites of a fast paced property organisation.

Provide service of the highest standards to all clients
*Manage the FM set-up, delivery and performance at assigned managed office sites.
*Maintain and develop relationships with clients, landlords and suppliers.
*Procure and run service contracts for existing and additional sites, including managing FM budgets.
*Come up with and implement innovative ideas on the services provided by Instant Managed Offices.
*Build and maintain Instant's relationship with its Managed clients through regular site visits and quarterly reviews to be held with client to assess service delivery of all service providers. Resolution of issues and clear communication are key.
*Monitor and ensure that Key Performance Indicators are reached by all suppliers including cleaning, maintenance, building manager, help desk, recycling and health and safety. Relationship building, diplomacy and negotiation are a necessity.
*Manage purchase orders, invoices and monitoring budgets.
*Understanding of what is included in each site's lease and core services agreement in order that rechargeable items are handled accordingly and that services are being delivered in line with promise.
*Ensure that the building manager, managing agents and clients comply with all Health and Safety regulations in their buildings this includes everything from emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and procedures to storage and control of contractors.
*Manage the set up of all service contracts, negotiation of service levels, cost and delivery of services. Develop working relationship with site facilities manager and understand the delivery of building services and service levels.
*Review all contractual agreements and costs we have with our suppliers and benchmark against other suppliers to ensure we have best value and cost.
*Be innovative and aware of opportunities where we can offer existing clients additional services eg telephony, IT, receptionist, security etc.
*Budgeting and financial management experience. Working knowledge of Great Plains package ideal.
*Market knowledge of construction/fit out and FM suppliers
*Health and safety training and knowledge
*Contract procurement experience
*Good excel and IT literacy
*Experience of operations/Facilities Management
*Strong communication and customer/supply management skills.
*Thrive on executing high quality customer service
*Can do attitude, adaptable and hands on, practical problem solving abilities
*Strong negotiation skills
*Able to effectively multi-task and take responsibility for organising their own time
*Self motivated with a desire to work in operations
*Understand and deliver value and quality for the client whilst maximising profits.
*Able to communicate effectively at all levels with Customers, Directors and supplier.
