Client Services/Customer Services - Financial Markets - London

As a member of the Client Services Team, the role is at the hub of the business, responsible for engaging with clients concerning our management and billing of Real Time clients.

Key areas of responsibility are:

Responding to client emails and telephone calls concerning the ongoing billing of the service. This will relate to all aspects of the business Real Time Service and the corresponding billing process.

The management of 1,500 new clients who will onboard to the business billing structure from October onwards. This requires the setting up and management of these new clients and providing the necessary support.

Advising clients via email and telephone on how to complete paperwork supplied by the business

Skills Required

Experience of functioning within a Client Service role for a minimum period of 6 months.

- Knowledge and understanding of Financial Markets.
- First class communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
