Client Services Associate

Allegis Global Solutions are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M&IB (Markets and International Banking).

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We have an outstanding contract opportunity for a Client Services Associate to make their mark with one of the world's largest international banking and financial services companies. In the role of a Client Services Advisor, you will play an integral role in helping our client deliver market leading services that set it apart from its competitors.

ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS:

- The focus of the team is to service domestic and international corporate clients with UK domestic and international accounts.
- The Client Service advisor (CSA) is responsible for the timely resolution of all queries initiated by the clients or internal stakeholders, in order to provide dedicated, integrated services and promote client satisfaction.
- The Client Service Advisor is the first point of contact (operational Front Office) for UK Client Service activities.
- The CSA is the owner of the client service request initiated via e-mail, telephone or online client service (OCS) until the closure and resolution of a request.

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Strong Communication Skills
- Client Services experience
- Desire to build a career within Financial Services
