Client Services Analyst - part-time

Allegis Group Services are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M contact names, telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses.
- Ensuring that trade confirmations are sent via the correct confirmation medium; Fax, Electronically.
- Contacting Counterparties to confirm trade economics if no legal confirmation has been received.
- Pursuing the return of legal confirmations from all clients within industry guidelines for FXO, FX & MM products.
- Checking and matching incoming legal confirmations, including both paper and electronic confirmations, from clients against RBS bookings.
- Checking and matching incoming legal confirmations from brokers against RBS bookings.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies between client and RBS legal confirmations

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Customer Services experience
- Financial services experience (preferable but not necessary)
- Ideally degree-educated
- Strong communication skills
