Client Services Analyst

Client Services Analyst - Reporting, Relationship Management, Investment Management, CFA, IAQ, IMC, French OR German.

With offices throughout Continental Europe, Ireland and the UK, my client offer local investors a complete range of financial services across the investment spectrum, including investment servicing, investment research and trading, and investment management.

Required to deliver exceptional client service, resolving client requests and queries and actively managing client reports within agreed deadlines. You'll support the European Sales team and assist the Client Relationship Management team with client and consultant queries, review and verify performance and reporting data for client reports - ensuring consistency.

Completion of Audit and Due Diligence requests and to facilitate the on-boarding of new clients, manage the client database and a full understanding of systems and process will be required.
Previous exposure to client services within an Investment Management company is essential and fluency in either French or German would be extremely beneficial.

Essential qualifications; CFA, IAQ or IMC and minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role.
