Client Services Advisor

Allegis Group Services are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M&IB (Markets and International Banking).

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We have a number of opportunities for Client Services Analysts to make their mark with one of the world's largest international banking and financial services companies. In the role of Client Services Analyst, you will play an integral role in helping our client deliver market leading services that set it apart from its competitors.

ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS:

- This role is on a team who service high revenue earning domestic and international corporate clients with UK domestic accounts.
- Take responsibility for the timely resolution of all queries initiated by the clients or internal stakeholders, in order to provide dedicated, integrated services and promote client satisfaction.
- Act as the first point of contact (operational Front Office) for UK Client Service activities
- Take ownership for all client service requests initiated via e-mail, telephone or online client service (OCS) until the closure and resolution of a request

COMPETENCIES:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Degree educated (or equivalent)
- Previous experience within a customer facing position
