My client are a large financial services client based in Edinburgh.

They require the support of an Administrator to work within their client services business to carry out the following tasks;

Description/Comment:
- Co-ordinate and raise all WM/Reuters invoices and complete associated paperwork
- Take responsibility of managing the Bi-weekly Credit Control Report facilitating payment of outstanding invoices, working with Finance to agreed deadlines
- Manage and create Management Information Statistics
- Share responsibility of monitoring generic sales inbox within SLA
- Identify sales opportunities
- Support to clients, service delivery issues, product information and queries
- Set up of new clients; changes to service requirements
- Progress end user sales leads to conclusion
- Monitor free trials and prospects
- Maintenance and update of client databases

Administration and Support
- Follow procedures for tasks to ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Monitor, review and identify improvements to ensure compliance with audit requirements

Communication
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Gain client feedback on services
- Reply to client queries and invoke the internal and external support network to raise and resolve service issues
- Keep management informed of client issues, new sales etc.

Essential Products/Systems/Experience

Proven client experience with a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role. Key duties of this role involve monthly invoicing and credit control duties thus previous experience is essential.
Good communication skills. Appreciation of the need for office procedures. Numeracy and literate. Good telephone manner and good written communications.

Good interpersonal skills - a team player. High regard for accuracy and professionalism. Comfortable working with customers to find a solution which works within the WM/Reuters business model. Proactive and willingness to show initiative. Willingness to take on project work.

Desirable Products/Systems/Experience

Client Servicing experience within institutional banking advantageous. Basic knowledge of stock market practices preferable and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
