Client Service Operator

aWork in a dynamic and changing environment - our client is looking for experienced individual with background in managing customer and client expectations. You are expected to provide excellent front - line customer service and deal with enquiries from clients to ensure a timely, accurate and effective service addressing and resolving enquiries in IT, payroll, HR and other business services.

Skills and experience:

- Solid background in providing excellent Customer Service and dealing with IT/HR and payroll issues
- You will have worked on KPI and SLA agreements with high call volumes
- Speed and accuracy in Data entry is essential
- SAP/Trim and Windows XP skills are highly desirable
- Experience in managing high level of demand both of call volume and client expectations
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficient touch typing skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory!
- Availabe to start ASAP
