Unser Kunde, ein weltweit ttiges Unternehmen im Bereich der Mobilkommunikation mit ber 10.000 Mitarbeitern sucht einen Client Service Manager (m/w) in Mnchen fr eine unbefristete Festanstellung
Responsibilities:
- Represent our "face to the customer in charge for the main communication flows with the customer after service roll-out
- Achieve customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Oversee the overall performance of all service teams that interface with the customer, being able to influence and direct their work towards customer satisfaction
- Look for continuous ways to improving the overall operation, by recommending, negotiating and implementing the necessary action plans
- Identify new business opportunities
- Project management and controlling
- Support the service delivery phase for new services and negotiations for customer SLAs
Your profile
- University Degree or equivalent experience or education
- General comprehension around overall technologies associated with networks,
infrastructure, operating system, databases and application
- ITIL Foundations v3 certified
- Project management experience
- Fluent in German and English (spoken / written)
- Very good communication and presentation skills
