Key Responsibilities of the Client Service Analyst will include:
- Providing customer service to international clients via email, letter and phone
- Ad-hoc administrative work
- Investigate and resolve client queries
- Adhere to strict regulatory requirements
The ideal Client Service Analyst will possess the following attributes:
- Solid background in customer services, experience in a call centre environment
- Experience in an administrative or operational environment within the financial sector is desirable
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership over queries
- Applicant should be able to be flexible in working hours, working up to 8pm weekdays and weekends
