Alliance is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for a very large international insurance company in downtown Cleveland. This is a position for someone who is very professional, polite and looking for a company they can stay with for a long time.

An ideal candidate will have good Microsoft Office skills as as well as experience on a multi-line phone system.

Associate degree in Business from a two year college or technical school and one to three years related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Prior experience performing an administrative support position is required.

The specific personal traits required to accomplish the essential duties of this job successfully include:

- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time sensitive deadlines
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized with a close attention to detail and accuracy
- Works well independently and as a team player
- Highly cooperative and patient, especially under stress
- Pleasant with a warm and engaging personality

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and/or occasional weekend hours totaling 40 hours or more per week; paid overtime possible.

Pay will be $16 an hour or more commensurate with experience.
