Client Representative Fabrication

Our client, a leading Renewable Energy Operator who design, develop, construct and maintain Offshore Wind Farms, is looking for an experienced representative to oversee production and delivery of Jacket Foundations.

A Representative is required to be based in Belfast to represent the Client to confirm contractors timely procurement of materials, adherence to the production programme, compliance to the specified requirements and achievement of delivery dates.

Working pattern - 5 day week may included staggered days to suit.
- Reports to and receives operational guidance from the Package Contract Manager
- Provides independent monitoring and participation of inspection and test activities
- Ensures that the work is inspected and tested in accordance with approved inspection and test plans, specifications, test procedures, relevant codes and standards
- Participate with project quality audits
- Provision of surveillance/progress reports and required information (Rep to provide own PC with MS Office including Infopath)
- Confirms that the production programme and agreed delivery dates are achieved
- Monitors the contractors procurement of materials and equipment to achieve the programme
- Highlight any risks to the Contract Manager during the production/shipping period
- Reviews the compilation and maintenance of quality records by the contractor
- Highlighting any HSE concerns/issues to the Contract Manager and the Project HSSE

There is an opportunity to extend the contract for another 6 months.
