Client Representative

This client is one of the leading energy groups in Northern Europe. They are currently is looking for a Client Representative focussing on Scour protection/Rock dumping on a British offshore wind energy project. Their business is based on procuring, producing, distributing and trading in energy and related products in Northern Europe. This organisation is growing at a remarkable pace in Europe. The Construction site is in Belfast and Irish sea project and the rotation will take place in West Norway.

Job Description
* Day-to-day (DPR) reporting to the Foundation Installation Manager.
* Participating in planning and coordination of logistics, installation activities.
* Participating in necessary resource allocation.
* Co-ordinating interfaces between Contracts (secondary work).
* Participating in construction meetings hosted by installation coordinators.
* Carrying out offshore inspections and ensuring that all relevant documentation has been updated within the I-drive.
* Ensuring that Contractors adhere to own HSE requirements
* Following and reporting on subcontractor progress.
* Reporting relevant QHSE issues in cooperation with the QHSE department.
* Recording weather down time.
* Be aware of weather parameters regarding. WDS
* Recording Technical breakdown
* Be aware and know the technical requirements for the task.
* In charge of daily communication about for certs regarding Rock Dumping operation.
* To be provided with proper documentation to be able to carry out the job in a professional manner.

Qualification of Candidate
* Staff with minimum 10 years professional experience and with 5 years experience within Offshore Wind Farm Industry.
* Certificate of skill (eg fire/safety/lifting) incl. validity of certificate shall be forwarded.
* The candidate must hold relevant experience from previous work such as Filter stone installation, Armor Laying, Cable burial or other rock dumping operations.
* The candidate must be experienced in understanding seabed surveys and scans to ensure building specs are met.

Additional
The Consultant must bring his own PC with Microsoft Office 2007 software and mobile telephone.
Offshore Works: The Consultant shall bring his/her own PPE (Personal Protection Equipment).
