Client Relationship Manager with Corporate Banking Experience

The purpose of the role is to explain to customers face to face/by telephone the process and changes their accounts/customer service approach will undergo when migrated, coupled with other planned changes.
The five key Accountabilities/Deliverables are:
1) fully understand the changes each customer in their portfolio will undergo
2) Develop a contact plan for their portfolio
3) Implement plan through engaging with customers (face to face or phone as appropriate)
4) Record and manage progress using Customer tracker system
5) Escalate any issues raised by customers to programme where appropriate.
It is essential that you have customer facing experience ideally with Corporate and Commercial banking clients. Previous experience of working on a customer migration would be highly beneficial. Please note that the role will not have a sales or business development focus.
