Client Relationship Manager (NATO)

A university degree in a relevant discipline, preferably equivalent to a Master's, and supplemented by relevant postgraduate qualifications.

Demonstrated experience (at least eight years) in defense cooperation and industrial policy in either an industry or government capacity

Excellent knowledge in European and transatlantic defense industrial policy issues

Thorough knowledge of the C4ISR industry, business practices, and the issues related to doing business with government organizations

Proven ability to organize conferences, workshops and meetings with government and defense industry

A track record of high performance in implementing new ideas and strategies particularly as it relates to enhancing industry business opportunities

Experience issuing management reports on work performed by an organization and explaining and defending the details of the reports to senior levels

Experience in supervising staff and ensuring successful performance.

Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with very good briefing and speech-writing skills.
