We are hiring for CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER at MECHELEN, BELGIUM for one of our reputed clients.

Jog Title: Client Relationship Manager
Location: Mechelen, Belgium
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT

TRILINGUAL:- English, Dutch are mandatory. French is a plus

As the Client Relationship Manager, represent brand of clients towards stakeholders.

Build long term business relationships with key client stakeholders, and lead account growth activities. Interface with senior management to mid management of client, vendors, partners and internal teams, identify business collaboration opportunities and negotiate proposals. Capitalizing on collaboration opportunities solidify Client's reputation as a business partner and earn the credibility of a trusted professional.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp customer needs and passionate to not just fulfil them but bring in a WOW experience.

Your goal will be to establish and maintain fantastic client relationships and defend and grow account revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build positive and productive relationships on a formal and informal level with key employees among customers

Identify and convert opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell services

Generate new revenue streams while ensuring consistency in active business

Collaborate with 20+ nationalities representing distinct corporate functions like Procurement, Finance, Technology and Program Management

Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services

Work closely with Account Managers and Sales colleagues

Collaborate with internal teams (eg sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers' needs

Study competition to find new ways to retain customer

Address customer concerns and complaints with leadership and swift and efficient turnarounds

Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

Manage commercials for the account

REQUIREMENTS:

Outgoing personality with diverse interests who can initiate talks with new/unknown stakeholders

Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships.

Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

Hardworking with a strong work ethic

Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services.

Experience in a sales or customer engagement role (Preferably)

Customer-oriented attitude

Problem-solving aptitude

Ability to work well with a team
