Client Relationship Manager

Our client, a leading Retail Bank based in London currently requires a Client Relationship Manager to join a large Transaction Banking Transformation Programme, initially for 4 months.

The banks Group Strategic Review identified Transaction Banking as a key area of focus for driving growth. Investment in Transaction Banking capabilities is a critical enabler to maintaining the Group's position as a leading Commercial and Corporate Bank and to achieve the strategic objective of becoming the leading UK House Bank' for Transaction Banking.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The purpose of the role is to explain to customers face to face/by telephone the process and changes their accounts/customer service approach will undergo when migrated from CAP to rCBS, coupled with other planned changes.

THE FIVE KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DELIVERABLES ARE:

1) Fully understand the changes each customer in their portfolio will undergo.

2) Develop a contact plan for their portfolio.

3) Implement plan through engaging with customers (face to face or phone as appropriate)

4) Record and manage progress using Customer tracker system

5) Escalate any issues raised by customers to programme where appropriate.

CORE SKILLS REQUIRED ARE:

1) Strong interpersonal skills,

2) Good banking knowledge.

3) Strong communication skills

4) Experience dealing with Corporates preferred

5) Attention to detail

6) Customer facing experience.
