Client Relations Advisor - Flexible Working Hours

As a Client Relations Advisor, you'll have a chance to work within a dynamic and expert Specialist Complaints team in the wider Advocacy department.

Our Complaints team delivers a seamless customer experience and aims to achieve the best possible outcomes. They pride themselves on a right first time approach to resolving queries and complaints. They're always looking for innovative solutions that challenge the status quo as well as improve our processes.

 

As a Client Relations Advisor, your main responsibilities will involve:
* Confirming all complaint cases are fully investigated and dealt with in line with Financial Ombudsman Service guidelines and the Client Relations Handbook
* Calculating levels of redress or compensation and evaluating levels of goodwill payments as appropriate
* Undertaking proactive diary management to ensure that complaint cases are progressed to resolution
* Clearly explaining the reasons for case decisions to internal/external clients
* Keeping clear records of investigations and providing succinct executive summaries

As a Client Relations Advisor your skills and qualifications will include:
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* A commitment to providing a high level of customer service at all times
* The ability to influence and negotiate with colleagues in other areas of the business
* The confidence to work as part of a team in a target-driven environment
* A thorough understanding of the complaints lifecycle
