*Client Liaison - managing a portfolio of 50-60 clients with employees from 20 - 100.
*Weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs.
*Initial setup of new payrolls; process starters, leavers and permanent data changes
*Calculate and apply tax, NI and other deductions
*Audit and check payroll
*Payroll reconciliations
*Maintain all payroll records and reports
*Provide reports and payslips to clients
*Produce BACS payment schedules and provide to BACS officer
*Assist to produced statutory year-end documents, eg P11Ds
*Billing
To be considered for this role you will need to have demonstrable payroll experience ideally from a payroll bureau or accountancy firm with excellent communication skills.
