Client Onboarding Analyst

Multiple Client Onboarding analysts required for Large Investment Banking client. Role holders will be responsible for onboarding client onto an in-house built, award-winning eCommerce platform. The Client Onboarding Team are responsible for the end-to-end process of onboarding a client onto the platform.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Processing Client Onboarding requests in a time efficient manner
- Following onboarding procedures on a per business area basis
- Carrying our checks to ensure a Client meets the specified criteria before granting access to the platform
- Record and monitor different stages of the onboarding process using Excel, Sharepoint and email communications
- Working closely with fellow members of the Client Onboarding Team to ensure daily tasks and outstanding requests are processed effectively
- Working with Sales, State Teams and Product Managers throughout the onboarding process
- Working with Clients and their Technology teams during pre and post onboarding
- Making proactive calls to Clients to ensure their experience is of the highest level
- Owning the resolution of client issues from the initial report through to resolution

Skills and experience required:

- Client/Customer Service experience
- A committed individual who works well under pressure and can prioritise effectively
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with positive approach and 'can-do' attitude
