Working as a Client Onboarding Administrator within this Client Onboarding Team, be involved in onboarding clients onto a product specific client platform. The Client Onboarding Team oversees, and is responsible for, the end-to-end process of onboarding a client to the system, from the initial request through to the client's first login. The position is a Full time role (5 days a week) based in London, UK.

Key tasks include:

- Processing Client Onboarding requests in a time efficient manner
- Following onboarding procedures on a per business area basis
- Carrying our checks to ensure a Client meets the specified criteria before granting access to the system
- Record and monitor different stages of the onboarding process using excel, sharepoint and email communications
- Working closely with fellow members of the Client Onboarding Team to ensure daily tasks and outstanding requests are processed effectively
- Working with Sales, State Teams and Product Managers throughout the onboarding process
- Working with Clients and their Technology teams during pre- and post onboarding
- Making proactive calls to Clients to ensure their experience is of the highest level
- Owning the resolution of client issues from the initial report through to resolution.

Key skills/Experience:

- Experience in a Client/Customer service role is preferred
- A committed individual who works well under pressure and can prioritise effectively
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with positive approach and 'can-do' attitude
- Strong IT literacy
- Some experience of IT support/help-desk would be an advantage but not essential.
