Client on-Boarding Analyst

The ideal candidate will work closely with the business and technical teams as well as with external clients to ensure all clients are onboarded to the prime brokerage platforms smoothly.

Tasks include
oSupporting client connectivity and trade file testing
oDeveloping custom client integration solutions
oMaintaining and enhancing the client connectivity platform
oExcellent analytical and problem solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

*Act as an owner for each request and provide transparency between the business users and technology team(s) on status;
*Act as a technical contact for external clients wanting to set up/improve their connectivity with Citi
*Capture and documentation of onboarding requirements for each request;
*Identify issues, risks, dependencies and assumptions to ensure accurate planning;
*Develop Subject Matter Expertise on business processes and technologies;
*Supporting client connectivity set up and trade file testing.
