CLIENT MIGRATION - PRIME BROKERAGE - LONDON - FUTURES - ONBOARDING - KYC

Our client, a major prime brokerage based in London, is looking for a Client Migration Officer to join a newly formed team on a contract basis. This role is looking to pay a £200 - 250 daily rate.

CONTEXT:

As part of a massive integration, client management in Paris is all migrating to London. As a result 3000 clients, resulting in 6000 records are being migrated from Paris to GMI in London. These clients will be 'on boarded' to London, from Paris , and the relationships will be managed from London moving forwards.

Work is being done in the background to automate the migration wherever possible. However, manual entry and checking of records will be required.

Our client is also looking for someone who is familiar with Futures who can act as an expert and an advisor to the current team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in the manual entry of client records onto the London system, ensuring absolute accuracy of detail
- Act as a Futures SME in the team
- Quality-check migrated records to ensure client details are accurate
- Observe KYC standards where applicable
- Ensure appropriate and timely escalation of complex cases to designated subject matter experts
- Production and provision of accurate key performance indicators to management on a periodic basis
- Support project activities as required, in order to ensure quality and timely delivery

GENERAL SKILLS

- Team player with a flexible approach to change and uncertainty
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of internal customer pressures and the needs and requirements of external clients

EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED

- Financial services background
- Knowledge of KYC/AML, client due diligence or on-boarding framework
- An understanding of organisational structures for a range of corporate entities
- MS Office proficiency

DESIRABLE

- Knowledge of Listed Derivatives and/or Sungard GMI
