Client Manager

Role: Client Manager
Location: London
Rate: up to £350 per day

Our client, a large financial services organisation, are currently recruiting for a Client Manager to join the team engaging with over 20,000 customers, based in London. In this role, you will be explaining to customers face to face/by telephone the process and changes to their accounts and customer service approach in response to a large scale migration.

You will be required
*Fully understand the changes each customer in their portfolio will undergo.
*Develop a contact plan for their portfolio.
*Implement plan through engaging with customers (face to face or phone as appropriate).
*Record and manage progress using Customer tracker system.
*Escalate any issues raised by customers to programme where appropriate.

To be eligible for application, you will be required to have:
*Excellent financial services experience in a similar role, ie Client Manager, Migration Manager or Corporate Client Manager.
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Good banking knowledge
*Strong communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Customer facing experience

In addition, candidates with the following experience would be highly desirable:
*Managing Corporate clients
*Ability to adhere to processes
*Highly self motivated/managed
*Ability to prioritise workload
