Client Computing Specialist - Rome

A leading global IT Consultancy is recruiting for a Client Computing Specialist to join the organisation in Rome, Italy.

As a Client Computing Specialist you will be working the organisation on a 6 month rolling contract.

Build and maintain Workstation installation kits for FAO standard desktop and laptop hardware.

Collect and analyse data for IT asset management

Provide 2nd level technical support as needed.

Assist in supporting remote installation of programs and other utilities.

Assist in developing and support customises Workstation installation kits.

Documentation of systems and procedures

Contribute to the organisation IT knowledge base.

Documentation and maintain new/existing services deployment procedures.

Monitoring and troubleshooting of server Group Policy objects GPOs and desktop systems.

EXPERIENCE

-Strong experience in Supporting Microsoft Office, Anti - Virus and application software.
-Must have strong background in desktop management experience within a large enterprise environment.
-Experience in preparing and maintaining technical documents and procedures.
-Experience in providing remote support and resolve issues related to system issues.

Desirable Experience

-Knowledge in ITIL environment
-Experience with Microsoft Active Directory user and Workstation administration.
-Working knowledge of French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian and Chinese A Level
-Strong skills in various Scripting languages such as:
