Client Communications Analyst

Allegis Group Services are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M&IB (Markets and International Banking).

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We have an outstanding contract opportunity for a Client Communications Analyst to make their mark with one of the world's largest international banking and financial services companies. In the role of Client Communications Analyst, you will play an integral role in helping our client deliver market leading services that set it apart from its competitors.

ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS:

- Managing Client data gathered from in-house marketing tool
- Reviewing exceptions and communicating with Clients and Front Office to resolve discrepencies
- Producing Client specific MI to internal stakeholders
- Working with Technology to update Client data into our systems
- Working with Legal to validate Client contracts
- Answering email and telephone queries from Clients through to resolution
- Maintain control framework from in house Survey tool

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Intermediate excel and access skills
- Strong communications skills
- Client services experience
- Experience of derivatives
