Our public sector client has a fantastic opportunity for a Clerk of Works to join them looking at a wide variety of projects from Housing Refurbishment Works to New Build School Projects.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Experienced in Housing Refurbishment, in particular Render and Roofing projects in Local Authority or Housing Association Environment
- Experience of General Building Projects for Local Authorities (ie school refurbishments, leisure centre alterations, and like)
- Experience in dealing with tenants, homeowners, and end-users
- Experience of AutoCAD
